Gulf Response Alliance 2026
Three-day preparedness and response conference | Palmer Events Center, Austin | September 28-30, 2026
The inaugural Gulf Response Alliance Conference brought government agencies, industry leaders and response professionals together for educational workshops, keynote programming, federal agency updates and hands-on demonstrations focused on Gulf Coast preparedness and environmental stewardship.
Planning began in August 2025. With Laura Ladewig leading event delivery, Crosswind coordinated the master schedule, venue operations, speakers and workshops, exhibitor and sponsor services, registration, creative materials, signage, hotels and transportation. The team integrated staging, lighting, sound and audiovisual providers into the conference’s production plan and on-site operations.
The program extended beyond the conference rooms and exhibit floor, with three on-water demonstrations, six live demonstrations and a showcase of 15 pieces of large equipment. Crosswind also helped coordinate an off-site networking event for approximately 450 participants, including transportation, catering and live entertainment.
