Be a state leader in percentage of students with outstanding SAT & ACT scores with double-digit gains in college readiness for the 2015-2016 school year;
Double the number of Merit Scholars and student college scholarships;
Significantly increase the percentage of students, grades 3-11, scoring at Level III Advanced on the 2016 STAAR;
Provide opportunities for aspiring students to major in science or pre-med in college with significant increases in SAT II Science Subject Area tests; and
Stop teaching students “how to take a test” and follow a Standards (TEKS/SEs) First Model with exemplary lessons based on the TEKS/SEs.

Implement an Analytics Data Process with Data-Driven Investigations and Decisions focused on the Power College Readiness (PCR) Standards based on new Kilgo Research that identifies the specific TEKS/SEs skills and concepts, K-12, directly aligned with the new 2016 SAT, 2014 ACT, Advanced Placement (AP), and SAT II in Science.
