It’s been an exciting month as we come off the announcement of DataSync joining the Clear Creek Group family! We are well on our way to growing into the nation’s leading technology solutions provider serving federal, state and local government agencies and global business enterprises. We have created an information technology position in the national security IT market that is the envy of much larger companies and competitors.
Together Harmony Technology Services and DataSync Technologies are building on our already strong customer support. We are in a prime position to rapidly grow both DataSync and Harmony, with a strong, supportive customer base that is excited about these recent developments.
Clear Creek’s vision is to create a growing and vibrant family of companies, bringing together the nation’s most advanced technology solution providers. We anticipate our value doubling in the coming months and plan to acquire a third company by 2019. The addition of DataSync, combined with the seasoned leadership of Harmony Technology Services, opens doors to expanding the current baseline of work and working towards new initiatives.
Another exciting initiative is securing our footing in the Lone Star State. In Texas, our primary focus is architectural support and project management. The initial focus is on subcontracting work, but we also plan to hire a local business development representative in Austin to increase our outreach efforts and help position Harmony as a prime contractor. We’ll be seeking prime indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle(s) from the Texas Department of Information Resources and pursuing Federal prime and subcontract work through our partnership with the American Operations Corporation (AOC).
As we solidify our new family, our sights are set on internal growth as much as market expansion. Our values are unchanged and we are dedicated to fostering the entrepreneurial spirit that DataSync and Harmony Technology Services have known. Our goal is to not just maintain but improve the employee experience at both companies.
None of these exciting moves would be possible without the hard work and dedicated support of our employees. The work that both DataSync Technologies and Harmony Technology Services has done and will continue to do as our Clear Creek family grows is vital to accelerating our vision to deliver proven and tested solutions to an even wider circle of customers.
While there’s much to do, we’re more optimistic than ever about our future, and we have complete confidence in this team’s ability to execute against our growth strategy and deliver excellence to our customers. Now is the time to push forward and explore the new opportunities for our companies, and we can’t do it without you.
