She serves Crosswind clients as an assistant account executive, supporting clients across public service, non-profit and corporate organizations. She is a native Texan, born in Fort Worth and was accepted by The University of Texas at Austin’s challenging Online High School Program where she was able to graduate early and then go on to attend Texas State University.
Madison first got directly involved in politics at age sixteen and, by age twenty had interned for the Tarrant County GOP, State Senator Kelly Hancock, and US Senator Ted Cruz.
Madison majored in political science at Texas State where she was elected student senator and served as executive director of The Texas Federation of College Republicans. After graduation, she worked at the headquarters of the national non-profit Turning Point USA in Phoenix, Arizona which advocates for grassroots values on high school, college and university campuses and is today the dominant force for campus conservatism. She identified young leaders across the country for elevation into the national leadership program of the organization.
Madison next moved back to Texas to work directly for the Republican Party of Texas, helping with statewide organization, planning the 2022 Republican Party of Texas State Convention, and assisted the 254 county chairs across Texas. She helped make sure over four hundred state-wide candidates made it on the ballot with the new redistricting lines in the 2022 primary.
Madison’s family is eight generations in Texas, her mom is a beloved Texas schoolteacher, her father a masterful mechanic and her extraordinary brother Grayson builds and restores old Texas tractors. One of her great grandfathers was an entrepreneurial storekeeper and local postmaster Elias Delong and was so fierce that he named a town after himself: Eliasville which sits near the Clear Fork of the Brazos River.
